Thanks to a recent rebate from the state, Region 13 is waiving its registration fee for Rising Star teams. Deadline for all team registration (including RS) is January 15, 2010. Save $5.00 by registering before December 31, 2009 (see registration form for further details). Email Leslie Gabbert (lsgabbert@gmail.com) with questions or concerns or to receive forms.
