Important Region 4 Dates:
October 30, 2010 Team Manager Training at Thomas Worthington School, 9am to 12pm
November 2, 2010 Team Manager Training at Pleasant Elem in Marion, 6:30 to 9pm
December 1, 2010 Team and Required Appraiser Registration Forms and a $30.00 check made out to DI Region 4 due to your local or county DI coordinator
December 10, 2010 Governing Board meeting at Delaware Tech Center
January 14, 2011, Governing Board meeting (snow date January 21), 2011 at Delaware Tech Center

Region 4 Tournament

The Region 4 Tournament will be held at River Valley High School near Marion, OH on Saturday, March 12 (snow date is March 19. You will receive your team packet of information from your local or county DI coordinator by the end of January. If you have not received your packet of tournament information, including both your Central Challenge and Instant Challenge times by the end of January contact your local or county DI coordinator.

All required appraisers must commit to attend Officials’ Training on Feb. 12 (Snow Date: Feb. 26), from 9 a.m. to noon at River Valley HS and to perform his/her assigned duties at the Tournament on Mar. 12 (Snow Date: Mar. 19) from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at River Valley HS.

S/he also knows that’s/he will not be able to leave to see performances in other challenges or levels than the one s/he is judging.

Completed Team Registration Form, Required Appraiser Registration form, and a check for the $30.00 Tournament Registration fee is due to your local DI coordinator no later than December 1, 2010.

If a team manager has been trained since 2000, training again is NOT mandatory. Training is REQUIRED for ALL new team managers, so everyone gets the same message.
