1. Prop Drop Off/Parade passes will be available at the registration table (one per team). NEVER LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE UNATTENDED!
2.TMs with seniors should fill out the attached form and email it to Cindy and Bob Capp (Region 1) at ppacbob@sbcglobal.net. This info is necessary for the “OHDI Graduation Ceremony,” which will begin at 5:45. See attachment for award ceremony information.
3.Don’t forget to have your volunteer register at the table near team check-in (see high school map) as soon as your team arrives.
4.Copy the Photo Release Form for all your parents. Drop these completed forms off at the registration table upon arrival.
5.Professional Team Photos will be taken outside the HS gym by our friends, Dewayne and Ginnie Lowther.
6.OHIO T-Shirts can be ordered (by fax) until April 7th for delivery at the tournament (find form in a previous posting below). Teams ordering by fax must pay for their shirts at the time of pick up.
